K Stars Refund & Returns Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled without any fees before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned (at the customer’s expense) provided the items are still factory sealed. A full refund will be issued upon receipt, excluding postage fees.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping fees. Customers are encouraged to film an unboxing video to validate any claims of damage or missing items.
Non-Returnable Items: Photocards are not eligible for return due to authenticity concerns once they leave the store. Minor damages like dents or scratches, as well as factory errors such as misprints or missing inclusions, are not grounds for refunds or exchanges unless severe damage is evident in an unboxing video.
Shipping Delays: Refunds are not provided for shipping delays, as these are beyond the company’s control. If an order isn’t received within 15 working days post-dispatch, customers can contact the company to file a claim.
